Located at the heart of the City centre- West is our second Berlin hotel and Hostel, the A&O Berlin am Zoo - on the one side the Ku’damm with the Memorial Church and KaDeWe, on the other side the train station with its name giver, the zoo-logical garden. An ideal starting point for expanded shopping tours (indispensable: the gourmet floor in the KaDeWe) and trips to the Charlottenburg Castle or into Tiergarten; in A&O Berlin am Zoo you participate in the life itself instead of only being a spectator.

You experience the international flair of this city most intensively in this house! In the evenings you find excellent bars and restaurants in the small side streets all around the Savigny Square. The Berlin Hard Rock Café and the Q’ village, an underground party location famous across the borders of Berlin, invites you every evening to parties of the extra class.

It is only a few minutes’ ride with the rapid-transit railway to the city centre – east, to the Alexander Square, museum island and Brandenburg gate or you can decide for Berlin’s most inexpensive city tour: The bus 100 of the Berlin City transport enterprise passes many objects of interest in Berlin on its way from the zoo to the Alexander Square.

If you nevertheless prefer to spend your evening at the Hostel, you have Internet terminals, one billiard table, 2 bars and a sauna at your disposal. For teachers and group leaders there is an A&O Teachers’ Lounge, a work and recreational room with PC, printer, free internet access and telephone. A&O Berlin am Zoo - here you are at the pulse of the city!

On request, it is possible to have a BBQ on our terrace. Just for groups.
